Well hello you friends of hassle-free desserts! You’ve wished more simple recipes and I’ve wrote those wishes to my (messy) notebooks. And what could I say now but that the result is very near perfect. The recipe wont require much effort – just mixing and freezing. It might be that someone took few dancing steps after tasting this ice-cream…

So, if there’s a relentless clock ticking in your everyday life – and even if not- try this ice cream! You will be surprised how easy and effortless it’s to make healthy ice cream. Flavor is so intense that you will not even notice that there isn’t any gluten, added sugar or dairy products.

The riper bananas you have, the better and sweeter the result will be. My bananas were almost black and the taste turned to be really nice. You can do roasted and salted almond butter by yourself or buy it ready-made from market, however you like is better (buy organic if possible!). If you choose the first option, try Yellow mood’s heavenly roasted almond sea salt butter.

BANANA & ALMOND BUTTER ICE CREAM POPS

free from gluten, dairy, refined and added sugar and eggs

6 ice pops


3 large or 4 small ripe banana

⅓ cup + 1 ½ tsb roasted almond sea salt butter

Peel bananas. Add bananas and almond butter to a blender can. Mix until smooth. Pour ice cream mousse into ice cream molds. Put ice creams into a freezer at least for an hour. Cover with melted raw chocolate and nuts.
