Lemon hummus
This recipe is for all lemon lovers.
Hummus is one of my most favorite sides with salad or gluten-free bread. Organic lemon juice makes hummus very fresh and tasty – of course if you like taste of lemons. This is delicious served with buckwheat crackers.
LEMON HUMMUS
free from gluten, dairy, soy, plant based
450 g boiled chickpeas
1 ½ tsp sea salt
½ dl virgin olive oil
juice of one organic lemon
2 big clove of garlic
Blend all the ingredients in blender until smooth. Eat with gluten-free bread or buckwheat crisp bread and a little bit Mediterranean spice mix. This so easy and so super good!
